Came early in the morning to check my coolant level( mercedes). Staff was very friendly , they did their job in about 20 min. They didnt charge me for that . Also i asked about the prices for other services for my car. And the prices was reasonable not overpriced. For sure will come back

Bay Diagnostic is great! Drew and the shop were very helpful when it came to doing a pre purchase inspection and an oil change on my new Benz! Definitely will be going back for anything I need as they are in the SilverRock Network and conveniently around my neighborhood. Thanks guys!

I was in search of a mechanic that specializes in Smart cars. I came across Bay Diagnostics in Brooklyn! It’s an a very convenient location, also has the MTA nearby in case. I use my smart car for work as I travel around the NYC boroughs. The service was fantastic! Nice and clean waiting area. Mike at the front desk was welcoming & did a great job in explaining what I needed done. They were also accommodating when it came time to pick up my car, I appreciated that. I no longer have to worry about my smart car anymore, I’ve found the right place!

Drew greeted me the minute I entered the shop. I explained what the issue with my X5 was and he was knowledgeable about what steps needed to be taken in order to fix it. Specialist Nick ran a diagnostic, addressed the issue and I was on my way in about an hr and a half. I will absolutely visit Bay Diagnostic again for any issues that may arise in the future.

First of all shout out to Drew for delivering a friendly customer service! Went there for front rotor and brake pad replacement for my Audi A5 Sportback. I brought in my own parts and the price for replacement and labor was definitely fair. Drew gave me the ballpark estimate on the phone and no misleading price. Dropped it off in the morning and couple of hours got a call back that service is complete. I am satisfied with the service I got and recommend them for dealer worthy services and repairs!

Bay Diagnostic has performed several repairs and a DMV inspection for my older Mercedes over the past year. Their mechanics are well qualified to work on complex German cars and have done a great job keeping me on the road (and in diagnosing issues). Nice folks and very competent.

I had the best experience at Bay Diagnostic recently as I took my BMW there to get it diagnosed and repaired due to some issues that i was experiencing. Drew was extremely transparent, reassuring and professional as he explained the entire process ; since he had to contact the company that handled my warranty. The process was painless for me as he took care of everything on his side. The turnaround time to pickup my car was quicker than anticipated. I acquired a rental and only kept it for a short period of time. I definitely appreciate your service!

This morning on my way to work, another driver alerted me that my car was leaking gas. I panicked, quickly searched for help, and found Bay Diagnostic—and I’m so glad I did. Drew welcomed me right away, listened carefully, and they checked my car immediately. They quickly diagnosed the issue and showed me exactly what was wrong, explaining it in a way I could understand. They also helped me coordinate next steps with my mechanic and I was able to get the car towed safely. What really stood out was how calm, professional, and thorough they were during a stressful moment. They even offered me coffee while I waited. Even though my car isn’t their specialty, they treated me with care and went out of their way to help. Highly recommend Bay Diagnostic.

I had a great experience at Bay Diagnostics! Drew and Jordan were honest and straightforward. They communicated well. I dropped our car off early in the morning. They took my car in and completed the service we requested more quickly and efficiently than expected. I usually dread anything involving mechanics and auto repairs. But I had such a good experience, I will return to Bay Diagnostics for routine maintenance and any other auto repair needs my family has in the future. I’m grateful.
